Linda Chang & Brent Chang are residential real estate agents who specialize in properties located in San Marino, Pasadena, South Pasadena, La Cañada, and Arcada. In 2016, Brent and Linda took a new venture and helped found the Pasadena/San Marino Compass office.

Prior to joining Compass, Linda had been the Number One producer in her Coldwell Banker San Marino office 20 times. She had been a member of the President's Club since 1983, and in 1994 she was ranked Number Five nationally out of 45,000 Associates. Brent joined Linda in 2005 and had been consistently in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker Agents. In 2012, Brent and Linda were ranked #15 out of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide and ranked #128 of ALL agents nationwide by the Wall Street Journal. We are thrilled to announce that Ann Gluck joined Brent Chang and Linda Chang's award-winning team at Compass. For more than a decade she has been one of the area's rising stars in real estate, and we are delighted to welcome her to the team.

Born in Pasadena and raised in San Marino, Brent has first hand knowledge of the issues that matter most to homeowners and parents in the Pasadena area. Having matriculated P-12 through the public school system in San Marino and graduated from University of California, Berkeley, Brent is a California native with the resources and network only established through living in the area since the 1970's.

After graduating from Berkeley, Brent immediately went to work in venue management for the 1994 World Cup in Pasadena and then in Atlanta for the 1996 Olympics. Upon completion, Brent returned to the Bay Area and was involved with tech startups until he founded his own technology consulting company in Mill Valley, CA.  Working mainly in the finance sector with hedge fund, mutual fund and money management firms, Brent provided a wide array of technology consulting services. It was this consulting that brought him back to Pasadena to assist his mom, Linda Chang, in utilizing technology to improve and streamline the real estate industry.  This partnership led to Linda being one of the first adapters of a robust web presence and starting and maintaining a large database of potential buyers and sellers.

Since coming to the industry, Brent and Linda have consistently been ranked among the top producers in the country. In 2012 they were ranked #15 of all agents in Coldwell Banker worldwide and #128 of all real estate agents nationally.  Keeping with Brent's knowledge of fusing technology with real estate, in 2016 Brent and Linda took on a new venture and founded the Pasadena office of Compass, a start-up using technology to improve the home selling and buying process. In three years they have taken the office from a handful of agents to over 200 occupying over 30,000 sf of office space in Pasadena. Compass has become the leading brokerage in Pasadena and is on the path to becoming a publically traded company.  

Other than work, Brent is diverse supporter in the community. He is the largest individual financial supporter of the Pasadena Senior Center, is on the advisory council of the Huntington Library and Gardens, is a board member of the San Marino Police Foundation and serves on the Rose Bowl Advisory Board.  With many childhood friends leading worthy community causes, Brent has been fortunate to be a part in reshaping the community for the benefit of a diverse group of residents and visitors.

Amy is thrilled to have recently joined the Chang Group, which is renowned in the Pasadena and San Marino area for consistently being one of the top producing groups. Along with her MBA from UCLA Anderson and an undergrad degree from University of Pennsylvania, she brings ten years of marketing experience to the team. She has specialized in digital marketing and branding for the past four years and has developed expertise coordinating and capitalizing on the different sectors of the digital world. As the real estate industry changes with the advent of new technology, Amy looks forward to helping the Chang Group stay at the forefront of the industry.
